It’s also highly customizable, offering a range of options for every drive’s needs. This rugged machine is built for every drive.
At Sycamore CDJR, we have a unique selection of Wrangler models, and a knowledgeable team that’s ready to answer every question you have. But before you make your way over for a test drive, let’s take a look at the different features and capabilities the 2021 model offers, and how you can find the perfect fit for your life.
Jeep took several steps forward in 2021 by offering an impressive new powertrain option: the plug-in hybrid 4xe. The beauty of this is that drivers can go for up to 25 miles of electric-only coasting. Plus, the four-cylinder puts out 375 horsepower, making it just as much of a beast as the rest of the lineup. You can find this 4xe system in the spacious Unlimited four-door body style with the plugin perfectly positioned under the rear seat to maintain the classic ground clearance Wrangler drivers love. Another addition to the lineup is the stunning 80th Anniversary Edition Wrangler. This Island-Themed trim, also known as the Islander, includes tropical details such as a “Jeep Tiki” hood decal, blue accent stitching, interior Islander logo, and an elevated infotainment display.
This vehicle is no stranger to adventures, as it features plenty of durable materials to help you brave the outdoors without worry. From water-resistant surfaces to drain plugs located on the floor, there’s no outing that the Wrangler can’t take on with ease. If you choose the base model you’ll have two doors, and the Unlimited body style offers four doors and seating for up to five. No matter the trim, passengers will love the spacious headroom and legroom.
This Wrangler offers tons of tech for entertainment like Wi-Fi, navigation, and smartphone integration, while also keeping safety in mind with available blind spot monitoring and automatic emergency braking, and a standard rearview camera.
1987 was a big year for Jeep. After years of growth from the brand, what started off as Willys MB during World War II had then turned into the Willys CJ-5 which turned into the Jeep CJ-7 which eventually became the Jeep Wrangler YJ in 1987. Looking back on previous models, it’s easy to spot the similarities, especially in designs like the Jeep CJ-7 which introduced the seven-slotted grille. This model also kept the original removable doors, which to this day still provides drivers with the option to embrace their sporty side.
After the debut of the Wrangler in the 80s, Chrysler purchased Jeep, and the Wrangler was updated starting with the Wrangler TJ which arrived in 1997 with a stiffer frame and taller profile. Six years later,
Willys fans were pleased by the addition of the Rubicon which proved a beast on even the most challenging trails. To this day, the Wrangler is still a Pioneer in the compact SUV class.
